We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
1. When will my order be shipped & delivered?
The majority of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the date of purchase. Since, these are made to order products, the manufacturing time ranges between 14-21 days. All deliveries will take a standard delivery time of 5-7 days from date of dispatch. We ship on all working days, except on public holidays. Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as earthquake, floods, fire, lockouts, strikes, COVID-19 lockdowns there may be a delay in delivering your product.
2. Do you deliver outside India?
Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside of India. However, we expect to add international shipping as a featured service soon.
3. What can I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and mail us at email@example.com mentioning your order ID. However, once you accept the delivery of the package, NNikita Bajoria will not be responsible for any replacement. Please note, we will not accept any product that is torn. It has to have the labels and the tags intact in exactly the way it was dispatched.
4. What happens if I wish to cancel an order?
We have strict no cancellation policy. Once an order is placed and processed, cancellations will not be entertained and accepted. We will not be able to refund the amount back to you as you will have to take delivery of the product you have ordered. Kindly refer to Returns & Exchange Policy for more details.
